New Directions Health and Social Care has expanded its services to offer short and long-term nursing placements and permanent positions in private healthcare.
A service for nursing in South Wales has been launched by the training and recruitment company, which has over 20 years of experience in the care sector.
The team will be led by Sam Marriott, who has knowledge of nursing recruitment. ‘Having built trusted and established relationships within the care sector, we know the services we offer can make a hugely positive impact for our clients and I’m thrilled to expand our offer to them,’ he said.
New Directions will work with its clients to place registered general, registered mental health, registered learning difficulties, registered children’s and trainee nurses, as well as healthcare assistants.
The expansion of services marks the next phase of its growth. The group provides recruitment and training support within education, pharmacy and social care, delivers specialist domiciliary care to individuals and their families, and offers online vetting checks to organisations across the UK.
