Nourish Care has partnered with a workforce management solution to help provide more oversight within its digital eco-system.
Workforce.com and Nourish customers will be able to connect the two platforms for better operational efficiencies. The integration aims to cut pressures and reduce administrative tasks by removing the need for double entry of information.
Workforce management solutions optimise scheduling, tracking and management of employees to help cut labour costs and increase staff satisfaction.
Steve Lawrence, head of product at Nourish said the collaboration means day-to-day tasks can be automated and information shared between the platforms, giving time back to care teams. ‘We look forward to developing the capabilities of the integration further for improved workforce management,’ he said.
Justin Powick, head of growth at Workforce.com, added: ‘This integration will allow for staff information to sync instantaneously between Workforce.com and Nourish, providing an optimal staff experience and relieving the administrative burden for managers of updating information in two separate systems.’
Nourish was one of the first digital social care record suppliers to be recognised as an NHS Transformation Directorate assured supplier and is accredited by Professional Record Standards Body as a quality partner. It works with more than 3,500 care services in the UK and overseas in residential and nursing homes, learning disability and mental health services, and other support settings.
Private equity firm LivingBridge invested in Nourish in March last year.
