Macc Care has opened its latest property for older people with dementia or a physical disability.

Studley Rose, a 65-bed care home in Warwickshire, has been designed to support independence within a purpose-built environment.

Situated in a parish close to Redditch, Worcestershire, the property has communal spaces and shared facilities, such as a wellness suite, gym and cinema.

Specialist technology, such as ozone room sanitiser, temperature screening and infrared taps, will be used in the property.

‘Building during the pandemic hasn’t been without its challenges, however, with meticulous attention to detail and expertise, we believe we have created an environment that aims to provide local people with the benchmark for how care should be delivered,’ said Sharen Guise, director of operations at Studley Rose.

‘Above all, we want to create a warm, compassionate, safe and friendly environment for everyone living with us.’

Studley Rose is the tenth home of Macc Care group, which has properties in and around Birmingham and Wolverhampton in the West Midlands.
