New Care’s Statham Manor has officially opened, providing residential, 24-hour nursing, dementia and respite support.
The setting in Lymm, Cheshire, features 66 fully furnished bedrooms, each with a private en-suite wet room, plus communal lounges, reading and dining rooms, spa-assisted bathrooms, a nail bar, hair salon, access to gardens from the first floor and a terrace to the second.
Statham Manor is expected to create approximately 100 local jobs over the next 12 months across roles including nurses, carers, hospitality, housekeeping, wellbeing and activities, maintenance and catering.
Mayor of Warrington Cllr Jean Flaherty and her husband opened the property. Part of the McGoff Group, New Care has a portfolio of 12 care homes.
