Portus Supported Housing launches scheme in Nottingham

Portus Supported Housing has expanded its supported living provision with a purpose-built scheme in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire.

The development provides 11 self-contained flats designed to support people to live independently in accommodation tailored to their needs. Commissioned by Nottingham County Council, the scheme has been developed by Hockley Developments, with care and support services provided by Choice Support.

‘This is an important new scheme which will provide high-quality homes for people who need specialist support in order to live independently,’ said Tom Hodgson, managing director of Portus Supported Housing.
