Autism demerger hits MMCG’s turnover
The parent company of Maria Mallaband Care Group experienced a 10% drop in turnover for the year ended 30 April 2015, but the dip in revenues was due a fall from £17.9m to £4.6m from discontinued operations following the demerger of its autism business in August. Revenues from MMCG Holdings continuing operations rose by 14.5% from £44.9m to £51.5m, leaving a turnover of £56m (2014: £62.8m).
