Post-Dilnot surge in assessments predicted

New research from annuity provider Partnership suggests that, with the introduction of the £72,000 Care Cap in April 2016 (CCMn April 2013), councils will struggle to manage the surge of enquiries as people contact them for assessments in order to start their care account ticking.
