Homes sales boost TOSJCT’s income

The Orders of St John Care Trust delivered a strong performance for the year to 31 March 2015. There was an overall increase of 8.7% in total incoming resources from £99.6m to £108.3m. Net income for the year jumped from £2.6m to £13.5m. The results were boosted by the successful sale of two freehold care homes.
