Law firm Bevan Brittan has appointed Nicole Ridgwell (pictured) as an associate in the health and social care team.
Ridgwell will be based in the London office, joining the firm from Ridouts Solicitors.
She is experienced in health and social care law, having worked on challenges against the Care Quality Commission and Ofsted.
She was a solicitor and legal officer at the Royal College of Nursing for nearly seven years before moving on to spend three years at Ridouts where she advised providers on regulation, registration and enforcement.
Vincent Buscemi, head of independent health and social care at Bevan Brittan, said: ‘[Ridgwell] has impressive experience dealing with the many and varied issues facing health and social care professionals and providers.
‘As we continue to expand as a practice, and with our continuing investment in supporting the independent health and social care sectors, [she] will play an important part in bringing clients focused, commercial and practical advice.’
