Dental Partners continues expansion with acquisition of 15 clinics

Neil Lloyd, chief executive officer of Dental Partners

August Equity-backed dental group Dental Partners is continuing to expand with its latest acquisition of 15 dental practices over the last three months.

‘This is a real milestone for us to have grown to over 50 practices,’ said Neil Lloyd, chief executive officer of Dental Partners. ‘We continue our successful growth strategy of controlled practice acquisitions and organic revenue growth, primarily through increasing private treatment income,’ he added.

This acquisition takes the company’s portfolio to 56, which includes a variety of NHS/private mixed and private practices.

The 15 practices add to existing clusters in the North West, South Yorkshire, East Midlands and the South. They include Ravat & Ray Dental Care, Dental Partners’ largest purchase to-date, in the North West of England which has nine NHS/private mixed practices.

The other practices include Dental Sense, with two practices in Chobham and Worcester Park, Surrey, Mews Dental Clinic in Surrey, Crystal Peaks Dental Practice in Sheffield, Marjory Lees Dental Centre in Oldham and McDaid Dental Care in Nottingham.

Dental Partners has agreements with a number of vendors and expects to welcome a further eight practices to its network before the end of January.
