Christie & Co appoints director for capital markets

Christie & Co has appointed Dan Griffiths as director – capital markets.

Griffiths (pictured) previously worked as a director at Christie & Co and has rejoined after eight years, bringing a wealth of experience in real estate investment and capital markets. He has previously worked at Alpha Real Capital, Rothesay Life, and most recently Maddox Capital Partners, structuring complex transactions and advising institutional investors on long-income strategies across healthcare, education, hospitality, and alternative asset classes.

In his new role he will work alongside Richard Lunn, managing director – care, and Michael Hodges, managing director – capital markets. His focus will be on real estate investment transactions in the healthcare sector, while also supporting Christie & Co’s care development and wider capital markets teams.
