Elysium appoints CFO

Mental health provider Elysium Healthcare has appointed Keith Browner as chief financial officer.

Browner has extensive experience in the independent healthcare sector and has held senior financial roles in a number of private equity backed companies, including finance director at General Healthcare Group, group finance director at Yodel and chief financial officer of GP network operator Integral Medical Holdings.

He has also served as group chief financial officer for Southern Dental and healthcare staffing agency NursePlus.

Commenting on his appointment, Elysium CEO Joy Chamberlain said: ‘I am delighted to welcome Keith to our team. He has a great understanding of our business and the challenges we face. We are all looking forward to working with him as we continue to grow Elysium.’

The BC Partners-backed company now has over 70 sites across England and Wales.
