Digital health platform Liva Healthcare has expanded its team with five executive hires across both its UK and Denmark offices.

The hires are to scale up with existing clients, expand further geographically and continue Liva’s technological innovation.

Mamuna Adam and Mark Vizard have joined as digital partnership directors in the UK office. Adam has held senior implementation positions at NHS England, with Vizard previously leading partnerships with healthcare intelligence company, Intercept IP.

Anna Cummings also joins the UK team as a coaching and nutritional development manager. A registered nutritionist, Cummings has more than ten years of healthcare experience, coaching and advising organisations on best practice. Anna will be responsible for the coaching, nutritional advice and user experience of the program in partnership with Liva Healthcare’s network of coaches.

In Denmark, the technical team has expanded with the hiring of Julie Sainmont as data analyst and Ole Jensen as frontend developer. Sainmont was previously an engineer in Bioinformatics and spent ten years at Danish pharmaceutical company Novo Nordisk.

Jensen will be responsible for developing Liva Healthcare’s web-based platform, improving usability, quality and maturity.

‘With these new additions to our team, we aim to widen our global presence by maintaining a world class technical programme,’ said Kristoffer From, chief executive officer of Liva Healthcare. ‘Our focus continues to be about delivering the best outcomes for patients in partnership with private insurance, pharma and public healthcare bodies. We’re confident the expertise that Anna, Julie, Ole, Mark and Mamuna bring to the table will ensure we outdo our goals for the next year.’
