Newcross Healthcare appoints new managing director

Newcross Healthcare has appointed Simon Winfield as managing director.

Winfield (pictured) joins the healthcare staffing and care at home provider from Hays UK & Ireland, where he was chief executive. He has a background in building large-scale, people-centred organisations and brings nearly 30 years of international leadership experience to the business

Winfield’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for the company as it continues to expand its reach across the UK.
