Perci strengthens team as expansion continues

Perci Health has appointed Katie Crook-Davies as director of strategic accounts, as it expands its partnerships across the insurance and employer health markets.

Crook-Davies (pictured) brings more than 15 years’ experience in the UK protection sector, spanning pricing, underwriting, proposition development and distribution. She is a qualified life actuary and has previously held roles at Swiss Re and Vitality, as well as supporting a number of health technology companies. She most recently founded her own insurtech business.

She has also been involved in industry initiatives, including co-chairing the Income Protection Task Force.

In her new role, Crook-Davies will lead strategic account development, working with insurers, intermediaries and employer partners to expand access to Perci Health’s cancer care services.

Perci Health provides end-to-end cancer care, covering risk assessment, early detection, treatment, survivorship and return-to-work support. Its services are delivered through a combination of oncology technology and a multidisciplinary clinical team.

The company said demand for its services is increasing among insurers and employers seeking more preventative and outcomes-focused healthcare solutions. Partnerships with Healix Health, Legal & General, Canada Life and Westfield Health mean more than 3 million people have access to its services across protection and health cash plan markets.
