Senior appointments at Signature Clinic

Signature Clinic has announced a series of senior appointments as it expands its UK footprint.

The cosmetic surgery provider has appointed Mabroor Bhatty as clinical director, Tracey McAleney as chief operating officer, and Sarah Hill as head of sales.

Bhatty joins with experience in plastic and cosmetic surgery. He completed his medical degree at Karachi University and undertook postgraduate training in plastic surgery in the UK, gaining his FRCS in 1992. He trained in NHS hospitals under programmes led by the Royal College of Surgeons and the British Association of Plastic Surgeons before becoming a full-time consultant. Since 2010, he has focused on cosmetic surgery, with experience in facial procedures and body contouring following weight loss. He also delivers lectures and publishes work in his specialist areas and supports reconstructive surgery initiatives abroad as a visiting plastic surgeon.

McAleney (pictured) has experience across private healthcare, aesthetic medicine and retail. She will lead operational strategy, performance and scaling across the group’s clinics, with a focus on patient experience, efficiency, governance and compliance.

Hill has more than 15 years’ experience in private healthcare and refractive surgery and has held multi-site commercial roles. She will lead national sales strategy, patient acquisition and commercial growth, including sales performance frameworks and alignment across sales, marketing and operations.
