Working To Wellbeing appoints new clinical director

Working To Wellbeing has promoted former clinical services lead Anuska Randolph-Stephens to clinical director.

In her new role, Randolph-Stephens will oversee clinical strategy, governance and clinical activities across the organisation, alongside the delivery of the company’s vocational rehabilitation coaching model.

Working To Wellbeing said the role would support its focus on vocational rehabilitation services for people living with cancer, long-term conditions, neurodivergence and menopause.

Randolph-Stephens joined the organisation four years ago and previously worked at The Royal Marsden Hospital before moving into research at University of Cambridge.

She holds a PhD and MSc in health psychology from University of Surrey, with academic research focused on physical and mental health and adaptation to illness.

Commenting on her new role, she said: ‘Every day, I see the impact that good vocational rehabilitation can have on people living with cancer and long-term health conditions – not just in helping them return to work, but in restoring confidence, purpose and quality of life.

‘It’s work that I care deeply about, and I feel privileged to be part of an organisation that makes such a meaningful difference.’

Working To Wellbeing managing director Julie Denning said Randolph-Stephens had played an important role in developing services at the company.

‘In her new role, I have no doubt Anuska will be instrumental to our continued growth and success, at a time when vocational rehabilitation is gaining the recognition it deserves as a core element in the government’s goals to reduce absence in the UK,’ she said.
