HCA’s London Digestive Centre rated ‘outstanding’ by the CQC

HCA Healthcare UK’s London Digestive Centre at The Princess Grace Hospital has been rated ‘Outstanding’ by the CQC.

The regulator said the centre, which aims to offer seamless care pathways and long-term management of all gastrointestinal conditions, provided highly individualised and meticulously researched care plans, a proactive approach to meeting patient needs and advanced leadership strategies.

It also praised the facility for placing patient care ‘at the heart of the service and commended CEO Miranda Dodd for fostering a culture of genuine inclusivity.
