Kry Livi has partnered with HA | Wisdom Wellbeing to provide digital GP services to individuals across the UK and Ireland through an employee assistance programme (EAP).
Under the agreement, Kry Livi’s virtual GP service will be integrated into HA | Wisdom Wellbeing’s Wisdom Super Care package, enabling users to book GP appointments via the Livi app. The service is available without the need for a separate subscription or referral.
HA | Wisdom Wellbeing said it supports more than 90,000 organisations, covering around 16 million individuals. The addition of digital GP access is intended to complement its existing services, which include mental health support, counselling and menopause care.
The partnership comes amid continued pressure on NHS primary care services. Data from the Care Quality Commission shows that around five million patients in England are waiting more than two weeks for a GP appointment, an increase of 18% since 2020.
Bertrand Stern-Gillet, CEO at HA | Wisdom Wellbeing, said: ‘Our mission has always been to support the whole person, mind and body. Partnering with Kry Livi allows us to extend that commitment into primary care, giving our clients’ people fast, professional access to a GP when they need it most.’
Jamie Griffin (pictured), head of commercial UK at Kry, which operates under the Livi brand in the UK, said: ‘Five million people waiting over a fortnight to see their GP is not just a health crisis, it is a productivity crisis. This partnership with HA | Wisdom Wellbeing means that for the first time, millions of people have fast, professional GP access built into the organisational benefits they already hold.’
