Employee benefits platform Rippl has partnered with Doctor Care Anywhere to expand access to digital health services for deskless workers and decentralised workforces.
Under the deal, Rippl will integrate Doctor Care Anywhere’s clinical services into its mobile platform, enabling employees and up to four dependents to access mental and physical health appointments via smartphone.
Rippl said the partnership is intended to improve access to healthcare for frontline and decentralised workforces, who may not have access to traditional, office-based employee benefits platforms.
The combined offering will include 24/7 GP consultations via phone and video, physiotherapy services supported by digital musculoskeletal programmes, and access to mental health practitioners for assessment and guidance.

Rippl’s platform supports workforces across 39 countries and is used by organisations including Betfred and Birmingham Airport.
