Ramsay Santé, the French subsidiary of Ramsay Health Care, has acquired psychiatric hospital provider Medipsy from Générale de Santé for €149.4m.Under the deal, Ramsay will also assume financial debt and financial leases totaling €2.5m as of June 30th 2013.
