ThinCats supports medical transport services merger

Cairngorm Capital-backed E-zec Medical Transport Services has acquired ERS Medical in a deal which creates the UK’s largest provider of NHS patient transport services. Financial details have not been disclosed but the acquisition was supported by alternative lender ThinCats.
