UDG Healthcare has appointed Peter Chambre (pictured) and Shane Cooke as non-executive directors, taking up their positions in February.
Chambre has held senior positions in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors and was formerly chief executive of Cambridge Antibody Group.
He is chairman of Immatics Biotechnologies GmbH, a clinical stage cancer immunotherapy company based in Germany and the US.
Cooke is a non-executive director of NASDAQ-listed Alkermes plc, where he was president between 2011 and 2018 before retiring.
He spent ten years as chief financial officer of Corporation plc between 2001 and 2007.
Peter Gray, UDG Healthcare’s chairman, said: ‘We’re delighted to welcome [Chambre] and [Cooke] to the board, each of whom bring extensive experience with European and US healthcare companies on both the service provision and service procurement sides.’
