An end to the rise in local authority homecare – but opportunities to grow are out there

The pattern of increasing homecare services funded by local authorities is now clearly over, according to new analysis from health and care specialists Laing & Buisson which shows that 2011/12 marked the second year of shrinking volumes after a 15-year run of year-on-year increases.
