Australian radiotherapy company buys CancerPartners UK

Australian radiotherapy giant GenesisCare has acquired CancerPartners UK as its private equity backer Apposite Capital exits the business after nine years. The financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed but the acquisition price is reported in some media to be in the region of £98m.
