Bupa H&W splits into two businesses

Bupa’s increased focus on becoming a larger provider of primary care services took another step forward with a restructuring of its Health and Wellbeing division. It may also help the focus on its private medical insurance business. The two businesses created from the split will be: Health Funding and Health Clinics. The move follows on from the creation of a Bupa UK entity.
