Care ‘unnacceptable’ says Welsh commissioner

Older people entering care homes in Wales lose meaningful choice’ and control over their lives, have their emotional needs neglected and do not have their basic rights upheld, according to a review published by the nation’s Older People’s Commissioner Sarah Rochira.
