St Cloud Care has acquired 13 care homes from LRH homes for £70m in a deal brokered by Colliers. A subsidiary of Golden House Ltd and Ravad Ltd, which boasts Israeli billionaire Igal Ahouvi as its principle investor, St Cloud Care had an estate of six homes in Surrey, Oxfordshire and Worcestershire.
