Care ratings to make a return following Mid-Staffs report

The care inspection system is to be reformed once again after the government announced it will push ahead with plans to develop Ofsted-style’ rating systems for care homes and hospitals following the recommendations laid out in the Francis report in to the failings at Mid-Staffordshire Hospital.
