CareTech has a solid six months

Specialist care provider CareTech enjoyed a fairly solid financial performance against a background of local authority constraints during the six months up to 31 March 2013. Group revenue of £56.6m (2012: £56.1m) was 1% higher than the corresponding period last year and has delivered an underlying EBITDA of £11.8m (2012: £11.5m), representing growth of 3%, the directors reported.
