CCGs ignoring guidelines on post-obesity surgery

The British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) has accused CCGs of ignoring NICE guidelines for obesity surgery patients by failing to fund the removal of excess or overhanging skin left following gastric band or bypass procedures.
