Circle seeks staff for Reading hospital

Circle’s second new build hospital, under construction and due to open in the Autumn, CircleReading, has begun a search for up to 200 staff to run and co-own the service in its much touted John Lewis’ employee ownership scheme’ style arrangement. The hospital is seeking to recruit theatre, ward and technical staff such as nurses, radiographers and physiotherapists, plus a range of managerial and administrative staff. The group says it prizes talent and cultural fit as much as experience, and is hoping to attract people both from traditional healthcare and more diverse backgrounds by providing flexible working conditions.
