Conwy ups fees to fend off the Pembrokeshire effect

Independent residential and nursing care providers supplying services to Conwy council will see an increase in the fees they receive for bed places after councillors last month approved a plan which warned against the dangers experienced by Pembrokeshire council in 2010.
