Country Court Care has secured funding to acquire eight care homes, five of which have yet to be built. Once operational, the business will have 27 homes in its portfolio offering a total of 1,500 beds. The deal will be funded via a £40m investment and development whole loan, brokered by Cheyne Capital Management.
