Craegmoor is investing £1m in a new residential service for people with autistic spectrum condition in Maidstone, Kent. Sapphire House is a purpose-built facility, which will include five en suite bedrooms, one large bedsit and two supported living flats, which will focus on a pathway to independent living in supported tenancies.
