Eden acquires HASS

Eden Supported Living, which is owned by buy and build private equity firm , Sovereign Capital, has acquired Housing and Support Solutions (HASS) for an undisclosed sum. Founded in 2002, HASS operates from two offices, in Lincoln and Cleethorpes. It provides a range of support and care services to 139 adults, ranging from in-home support through to 24-hour-a-day supported living. Support and care packages are tailored to each individual’s circumstances and needs, with services provided for adults with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, dementia, physical disabilities and sensory impairments.
