Eden Futures has acquired fellow specialist care provider Supported Homes for an undisclosed sum.

Supported Homes provides 24-hour support to more than 40 vulnerable people with mental health illnesses and/or Asperger’s Syndrome in eight homes across the north west of England, west Midlands and the Welsh borders area. Former owner of Supported Homes Richard Clarke will join Eden Futures as head of operations north west and Wales. With this latest acquisition, Eden now provides support and partnered housing solutions more than 800 people in England. CareTech trading update
