The rumour that Four Seasons Healthcare is for sale gained momentum last month after CCMn learned that the company had been in talks with potential buyers. A number of sources confirmed to CCMn that Four Seasons is for sale’ and so far we have learned that presentations have been made to possible buyers, including one major banking house, outlining the value of the company and highlighting future projections.
