Four Seasons makes up with the trade unions

Four Seasons Health Care signed a joint union recognition agreement with the GMB Union, the Royal College of Nursing and Unison last month. The move, which Four Seasons claimed is a first for the independent care sector, means it, and its partner organisation Huntercombe Group, will recognise all three unions for negotiation and consultation on a unit-by-unity basis and its staff can belong to any of the named unions.
