FT subsidiary takes over running of private clinic

SWFT Clinical Services Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust (SWFT), has taken over a private day clinic formerly run by Circle in a move which could pre-empt further expansion of its private patient services.
