Graphite replaces Sovereign at NFA

Graphite Capital has replaced Sovereign Capital as the principal shareholder in the National Fostering Agency (NFA), as part of a management buyout of the second largest fostering agency in the UK. The move, completed for an undisclosed sum, also raised additional expansion capital for the business, which has 16 offices nationwide.
