HCA acquires Rood Lane

HCA has made its first dedicated primary care acquisition after buying City-based Rood Lane Medical for an undisclosed sum. The company specialises in the provision of private primary care, including GP and physiotherapy, to corporate clients in the City of London. Its main premises are in New Broad Street, but it also operates out of three other London addresses as well an office in Glasgow €“ a departure from HCA€™s historically London-centric business model.
