Health Care REIT completes acquisition of Sunrise Senior Living

Health Care REIT has announced that it has completed the final phase of its acquisition of Sunrise Senior Living’s property portfolio. The £4.3bn deal includes 120 wholly-owned properties and a further five in which the REIT entered joint ventures with third parties.
