The Healthcare Management Trust (HMT), the hospital charity, reported a strong 12 months for the year ending 31 December 2012 with net incoming resources of £1.4m (2011: £10.7m, or £1.7m after removing the net income received from the disposal of its Claremont Hospital). The latter sold for over £9m.
