Andy Williams has been appointed chief executive of The Health and Social Care Information Centre (HSCIC). During the last 30 years, Mr Williams has led teams at IBM, Alcatel-Lucent and CSC where he gained extensive experience overseeing large transformational technology projects in the UK and around the world.
