Labour party report finds older people funding is ‘not well spent’

A report by the Independent Commission on Whole Person Care called for a radical new approach’ to rework the health and social care system over the next Parliament. The publication, which was commissioned by the Labour party, said, at the moment, 70% of the health and social care budget is spent on older people with long term conditions.
