Paul Kaiser has over 25 years’ experience in corporate finance transactions and has specialised in advising on a whole host of M&As, disposals and private equity sponsored transactions within the health and social care sectors. He was with Deloitte for 22 years as an Associate Partner within the Corporate Finance division, prior to setting up accountancy firm UNW where he is now a partner.
