Lincolnshire consults on adult care services

Lincolnshire County Council has launched a consultation for service users and carers into potential changes to its adult care services. The council has proposed changes to the way its social care support is funded via the mass introduction of personal budgets. The authority believes that changes will help those using personal budgets to benefit from greater choice and customised support whilst allowing the council to make more economical use of taxpayers’ money in the way it delivers its services.
