MedicX continues growth

MedicX continued its growth with the acquisition of two primary care facilities in the UK. It signed a contract to acquire a primary care medical centre which is currently under construction in Arnold, Nottinghamshire. The property will be let to one GP practice and a pharmacy both on 20 year leases. The total acquisition cost of the property is anticipated to be £4m.
