MHA refinances for expansion

Charity Methodist Homes grew steadily during the year to 31 March 2015 with income rising by 2.9% from £174.7m to £179.8m. Operating costs excluding exceptional items grew 4% and the surplus for the year was down by 21.9% from £7.3m to £5.7m.
